About the Babylon Village Arts Council.... The Babylon Village Arts Council was formed in 2003 by a group of village residents who recognized the need to present various art experiences to the Babylon Village community. From that vision, the Babylon Village Arts Council (BVAC) has become an integral part in the cultural lives of its residents.
Mission Statement .......To present to the public the arts for the benefit of the community.
.......To encourage and promote the active participation of citizens in the creation of works of art that will foster a greater sense of community.
