Babylon Village Arts Council Art by the Falls Featured Artist Meredith McCaslin
Art is something that makes me feel good, it is my happy place, it is what I do to escape the stresses of work and life. I have always found creativity to be an outlet since a young age. Landscape/nature photography are my favorite themes to photograph. Beaches, trees, bodies of water, bridges, architecture, you name it I love to photograph it. I would not call myself a professional by any means, I am someone with a good eye, a passion and a love for the simple joys of capturing a moment in time through a single snap of a camera. I am a full time fundraising director and have worked in the non-profit charity sector for most of my professional career. My other passions include travel, painting, crafting, DIY projects, golf, tennis, baking and entertaining! I currently live in Babylon Village and I am an active member of several other charities and arts groups. I also co-own a very successful Etsy store with my best friend: www.etsy.com/shop/ClassySassyCraftyy
